Estates Windows Ltd. was established in November, 1977, primarily as a window supplier to a large Schaumburg builder.

In early 1988, Dennis Valentini and Donald Burch took over the active management of the company and began to build Estates Windows Ltd. into a premier, service oriented supplier of exterior openings to builders, architects, design/build firms, general contractors, remodelors, and homeowners throughout the greater Chicagoland market.

Today, Estates Windows Ltd. consists of two divisions: Estates Windows, which features Lincoln and Windsor windows and patio doors, and Solaris vinyl windows and patio doors; and the Marvin Design Gallery, which features Marvin windows, patio doors, and entry doors. Both divisions also feature wood, fiberglass, and steel exterior entry doors, and Velux skylights. Estates Windows Ltd. is one of the top Lincoln and Marvin distributors in the Chicago market.
